BeUnicorn is a premium coworking and executive workspace operated in India, designed for founders, CXOs, professionals, and high-performance teams. The brand, website, and Services are owned and operated by BE-UNICORN VENTURES LLP.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 12 years of age to access the website or enter BeUnicorn premises.
• Individuals below 18 years of age may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult.
• Certain Services (including memberships, bookings, payments, and contractual commitments) may be restricted to individuals 18 years or older.

5. Bookings, Enquiries & Payments

• Submission of an enquiry or booking request does not guarantee confirmation.
• Payments, where applicable, must be made in accordance with the pricing, timelines, and terms communicated at the time of booking.
• Specific rules relating to memberships, passes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Membership & Booking Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

6. Workspace Access & Conduct

• Use of BeUnicorn premises is subject to the Workspace Usage Policy and any house rules communicated onsite.
• BeUnicorn reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any individual or entity for safety, compliance, or policy violations, without liability.
• Members and guests are responsible for their conduct, belongings, and compliance with applicable laws while on the premises.

7. Events, Media & Content

• Photography, videography, recordings, or content creation within BeUnicorn premises may require prior written approval.
• BeUnicorn may capture photographs or videos during events or regular operations for marketing or documentation purposes, unless expressly objected to in writing, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Technology, Internet & IoT Systems

• Internet access, smart access systems, and IoT-enabled features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• BeUnicorn does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, speed, or performance.
• Users are responsible for securing their own devices, data, and networks.

9. Disclaimer

• BeUnicorn does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue growth, funding, or success as a result of using its Services.
• All Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.

10. Limitation of Liability
