This Membership & Booking Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms governing enquiries, reservations, memberships, passes, and service bookings at BeUnicorn. It is designed to provide clarity on how workspace access, plans, and related services are offered and managed.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and should be read together with the Workspace Usage Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Where This Policy Applies
This Policy applies to all BeUnicorn services, including but not limited to:
- Day Passes & Hot Desk access
- Dedicated Desks
- Private Offices
- Managed Offices / Enterprise Spaces
- Meeting Rooms
- Event Spaces & Creator Studio bookings
- Virtual Office services
- Any future memberships or workspace offerings introduced by BeUnicorn
1. Enquiries & Reservations
- Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not guarantee confirmation.
- Bookings are confirmed only after written acknowledgement or payment confirmation from BeUnicorn.
- BeUnicorn reserves the right to decline or modify requests based on availability, operational feasibility, or compliance considerations.
2. Membership Plans
- Memberships may include day passes, hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, or customised enterprise arrangements.
- Specific inclusions such as meeting room credits, guest access, or amenities are governed by the selected plan.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by BeUnicorn.
- BeUnicorn may update plan structures, pricing, or inclusions with reasonable notice.
3. Booking Rules
- Meeting rooms, event spaces, and studios may require advance booking through designated channels.
- Booking durations, capacity limits, and permitted usage will be communicated at the time of reservation.
- Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Users must adhere to scheduled start and end times to avoid operational disruption.
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments may include membership fees, booking charges, deposits, or additional service fees.
- All invoices must be paid within the timelines communicated at the time of booking or agreement.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or restriction of services.
- Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indian regulations.
5. Upgrades, Downgrades & Changes
- Members may request plan upgrades or space changes subject to availability.
- Downgrades or plan changes may require notice periods depending on the agreement.
- Changes in seating, office allocation, or service structure may be made by BeUnicorn for operational reasons, with reasonable effort to maintain service quality.
6. Virtual Office Services
- Virtual office services provide business address usage and mail handling support as per agreed scope.
- Clients remain responsible for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements when using the address.
- BeUnicorn may suspend address usage if required by law or due to policy violations.
7. Events, Productions & External Bookings
- Event or production bookings must clearly specify intended activities, equipment, and attendance.
- Additional deposits, supervision requirements, or technical approvals may apply.
- Organisers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Workspace Usage Policy.
8. Suspension or Termination
BeUnicorn reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships or bookings in cases including but not limited to:
- Non-payment or repeated late payment
- Violation of policies or unlawful conduct
- Behaviour that disrupts operations or community standards
- Safety or security concerns
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
9. Non-Guarantee of Availability
- Workspace availability may vary due to demand, maintenance, or operational changes.
- Access to specific seats, rooms, or areas is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Policy Updates
BeUnicorn may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect operational updates or legal requirements. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
