Where This Policy Applies

This Policy applies to cancellations or refunds relating to:

• Day Passes and Hot Desk bookings
• Dedicated Desks and Membership Plans
• Private Offices and Managed Offices
• Meeting Rooms
• Event Spaces and Creator Studio bookings
• Virtual Office services
• Any future services introduced by BeUnicorn

1. General Principles

• Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the service type, duration, and agreement.
• Some services may be non-refundable once confirmed or activated.
• Processing fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

2. Day Passes & Short-Term Bookings

• Cancellations made within the permitted window communicated at booking may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of booking fees.
• Promotional or discounted passes may be non-refundable.

3. Meeting Rooms, Events & Studio Bookings

• Cancellations made within the standard notice period (as communicated at booking) may qualify for partial or full credit.
• Late cancellations may incur charges due to reserved time and operational preparation.
• Custom event setups, external vendor costs, or specialised arrangements may be non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Memberships, Dedicated Desks & Offices

• Membership fees are generally billed in advance and may be non-refundable once the billing period begins.
• Notice periods, exit terms, or early termination conditions will be governed by the applicable agreement or plan.
• Security deposits, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms after adjustments for dues or damages.

5. Virtual Office Services

• Virtual office packages are typically prepaid for the selected duration.
• Once documentation has been issued or address usage has commenced, fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.
• Address usage may be suspended or terminated if required by regulatory authorities or due to policy violations.

6. Rescheduling & Credits

• Where feasible, BeUnicorn may offer credits or rescheduling instead of refunds.
• Credits may be subject to validity periods and usage conditions.
• Credits are non-transferable unless expressly approved.

7. Cancellation by BeUnicorn

BeUnicorn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users may be offered:

• Alternative dates or services, or
• Credits or refunds, as determined appropriate.

8. Refund Processing Timelines

• Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–15 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
• Delays caused by third-party financial institutions are beyond BeUnicorn's control.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Policy violations or misuse of services
• Failure to attend a confirmed booking without notice
• Services already delivered or substantially utilised
• Promotional, discounted, or bundled offers where specified as non-refundable

10. Policy Updates

BeUnicorn may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
